The former bunny claims that the Playboy mansion is haunted: 'I saw a ghost and Hefner called me after his death'
Despite the spooky scene, former Playboy bunny Bridget Marquardt claims she wasn’t scared, but recognized the unhappy woman
Former Playboy bunny and reality star Bridget Marquardt, 48, claims that the house of the late Hugh Hefner in Holmby Hills, California, is haunted, writes the New York Post.
“There are stories of ghosts dating back decades from that villa,” Marquardt said in the “Dark House” podcast on Wednesday. "I saw a woman show up in my bedroom."

Marquardt, who was one of Hef’s girlfriends and Playboy bunnies from 2002 to 2009, claims the ghost of the former villa employee materialized near her closet in the bedroom while she was having fun with her sister and best friend.
“My sister, friend Stacy, and I were sitting on the bed,” Bridget said, adding that she had bought a puppy earlier that day. "We talked, we drank wine, and the TV was on. Suddenly, out of the corner of our eyes, we saw a woman standing in my closet." She recognized the ghost.

But before the girls could take a good look at their uninvited guest, she was gone. “Of course, when I turned to take a closer look at her, she was gone,” said Bridget, who, despite a cursory glance, remembers remarkably well the appearance of the ghost.
"She had black, long hair and she was very pale and very skinny. She was wearing a white T-shirt that was too big for her and faded black jeans. She was just standing and staring at me."
Regardless of the spooky scene, Marquardt claims she wasn’t scared, but recognized that unfortunate woman.

"Before I started living in the villa, they invited me for a test, and she was the secretary in the building. She was super friendly, like some house mom. She knew all the pets and girls. She was just amazing," she said. is Bridget.
When she returned to the cult complex a few years later, she learned that the woman had died of cancer. "I'm pretty sure she was standing there. And I think she came to see a new pet in the villa, and that was my dog," Marquardt pointed out.

She recalled other gruesome encounters on the $ 100 million estate, such as a door that would slam or lock itself or the strange vibrations visitors felt when entering the villa.
She even remembered Hefner telling her that the first owner of the house “either fell or was pushed or jumped” and so she died and that her spirit haunted everyone on the property.

Marquardt also revealed that she was visited by Hefner's ghost in a dream shortly after his death. She pointed out that she had not thought about him at all for years, nor had she been invited to his funeral. She drove to the villa in her sleep and was met by security. But when she entered the house, she noticed that she was uninhabited.
"The house was deserted and Hefner wasn't there, but I still came to see him. It was dark and I heard the eerie sounds of old 1940s music playing all over the place. And then suddenly Hefner went downstairs, laughed. He hugged me and I felt his body, the smell of tobacco on his coat and his perfume. It was so real," she said.
Marquardt felt good after that and was glad she could say goodbye to Hefner.
