After the horrible move of the cosmetic surgeon, Priscilla Presley gave up all corrections, but she can't hide the consequences
Priscilla Presley can't hide the traces of the excessive aesthetic procedures she has been addicted to for years until industrial silicone was injected into her face instead of Botox.
Actress and musician Priscilla Presley, also known as the widow of rock king Elvis Presley, does not cease to shock fans with her public appearance, primarily due to the effect of aesthetic surgeries that have left a mark on her face.
Priscilla, 76, recently gave an interview to People magazine in which she spoke openly about her grief after the recent death of her mother Ann Lillian Wagner-Beaulieu, after which she found salvation in Elvis' music.
But the whole conversation was overshadowed by her distorted face and excessive cosmetic surgery, especially after treatment by Argentine doctor Serrano who injected her with industrial silicone instead of Botox. After that, she allegedly gave up any rejuvenation procedures, but the consequences are very visible.
Priscilla was only 14 when she met Elvis, who was ten years older than her. She married him on May 1, 1967, and a year later they had a daughter, Lisa Marie. They began living separately from February 1972 and divorced the following year.
The legendary musician passed away in 1977, at the age of just 42, and Priscilla said in the documentary “Elvis Presley: The Searcher” that her ex-husband ended his life on his own.
"He knew what he was doing. People closer to him tried to do something about it, but you couldn't tell him what to do. He would quickly kick you out of his life," the actress said. She explained that neither she nor family and friends could force Elvis to stop taking the medication.
She also revealed that the singer had written two farewell messages before his death, and his family said Presley had deliberately taken an overdose of painkillers.
Despite the divorce, Priscilla remained close with Elvis until his death on August 16, 1977. In the documentary, she also blamed the U.S. military for her ex-husband's addiction to pills. Namely, he served military service in Germany and the actress said that they gave soldiers medicine to keep them awake.
Priscilla often points out that no man can compete with Elvis, even though their marriage ended in divorce.
'' I don't think I'll ever find anyone I would love as Elvis. It is pointless to compare him to anyone at all. It's true that some of the men I was with after Elvis meant something to me, but he was my first and last love, '' explained the actress, who never married again and has a son musician Navarone Garibaldi from a long-term relationship with screenwriter Marco Garibaldi.
