Johnny Depp created a TikTok profile on which he posted his first video, thanking his fans for the support they have shown him over the past two months.

"To all my precious, loyal and unwavering supporters - we were everywhere together, we saw everything together. We went the same way together. We did the right thing together, and all because you care. And now we will all move forward together," Johnny stated in this video,Shortly afterwards, Amber Heard spoke through a spokesperson and responded to Depp's video.

"While Johnny Depp says 'going forward,' women's rights are going backwards," she said, according to foreign media reports.

“The verdict told victims of domestic violence that they should be afraid to stand up for themselves and speak out,” she added.

"The disappointment I feel is impossible to describe"

Recall, after the verdict handed down on June 1, Heard announced that she was very disappointed with the development of the situation."The disappointment I feel today is impossible to describe. I am broken that the mountain of evidence was not enough to counter the disproportionate power and influence of my ex-husband," Heard said in a statement shortly after the verdict was read in Virginia."I am even more disappointed with what this verdict means for other women. It is a setback ... It underlines the idea that violence against women should not be taken seriously," she said

The verdict was read in Fairfax County Court in Virginia, and Johnny Depp was not at the reading of the verdict because he was in the UK on a business trip.

The jury decided that Amber Heard must pay $ 15 million in damages for defamation in an article published in The Washington Post in which she claimed she was a victim of "domestic abuse."

Will she be able to pay off Depp?

Amber's lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, said the actress will not pay Depp's compensation, and according to sources Amber is broke because of the high legal costs associated with a defamation trial.
