The Met Gala is also known as the Fashion Oscars. The A-list stars are eagerly awaiting the event to shine on the steps of the New York Metropolitan Museum in the most beautiful and unusual designer clothes, writes the Mirror.
Most members of the Kardashian family are happy to be seen at the Met Gala, but sisters Kourtney and Khloe are still waiting for their invitation. In recent years, it has been speculated that this is because Khloe has a ban on appearing at it.

Kim was Kanye's 'plus one'
While Khloe and Kourtney are still waiting for their calls, they may find solace in the fact that their sister Kim had to wait until 2013 to finally appear at the prestigious event, when she only came as a “plus one” to Kanye West .
After years of waiting, Kim admitted her first performance was a disaster as she sobbed on the way home thinking “no one wants her there”.
"I was Kanye's 'plus one' and so nervous! I didn't know anyone and I'm sure no one wanted me there… I went home and cried because I was very insecure about myself," Kim recalled.
