Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro headphones

Soundcore is Anker's line of headphones and speakers that mix a low price with enjoyable musical expression. The company sells numerous varieties of headphones and speakers.

The Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro model we examined is one of the most recent representations, as well as the most expensive model in the TWS family of headphones.

Soundcore offers various in its portfolio, and they may be divided architecturally into classic headphones with an AirPod foot and headphones with a more oval shape that uses not just a silicone plug but also a supporting silicone protrusion.

Design and processing

The Liberty 3 Pro is part of the second named group, which builds on the predecessors of the Liberty 2 Pro. At first glance, the two models appear to be extremely similar, but closer inspection reveals a distinct difference in shape.

The Liberty 3 Pro has a smaller plastic protrusion directly on the body, which is then threaded with a silicone strut. In theory, this is the same strategy as before, but the difference is in the shape.

The headphones are made entirely of plastic, with a glossy exterior side that also acts as a control touch surface. On the bottom, there are charging connectors (when viewed from above into the case).

The body then conceals multiple discrete microphones, three of which are included in each handset. Of course, there are converters, which have a diameter of 10.6 mm and are found in each handset. One handles the bass and midrange, while the other handles the higher mids and highs.

The structure does not appear to be totally strong and sturdy, however, owners of the previous model, which has the same case design, report no problems with its durability.

The case features a pair of miniature LEDs integrated into that light up when you remove or insert the headphones. There is a USB.C port on the rear, and three LEDs on the front to display the charging state of the case or headphones.

Aside from headphones and cases, the kit contains a plethora of accessories, including four pairs of plugs and four pairs of stabilizing struts. The charging cable is ordinary, but the case's integration of wireless charging is above average in this case. The long-lasting design, as proved by IPX4 certification, is also a benefit.

Comfort and control

Finding the proper mix of plug and silicone strut is a bit of a detective mystery because the changes in strut length aren't that great depending on the design.

Even without the struts, the headphones fit quite well in the ear canal, requiring only the plug and a tiny rotation backward - they are tailored to this shape.
