Bill Cosby plans to sue the state and demand hundreds of thousands of dollars!
Cosby has been in prison since 2018, and his sentence was recently overturned after an agreement was settled with the previous prosecutor.
Well-known comedian, Bill Cosby (83), after his recent release from prison, plans to sue the federal state of Pennsylvania for two years spent in prison, his representative said.
Cosby hopes to sue for several hundred thousand dollars in damages.
- We are looking at the way and all the legal possibilities so that we can file a lawsuit against the state of Pennsylvania - said Cosby's representative Andrew White.
Recently, Cosby announced that he would shoot a documentary series about his life in five episodes, and he will mostly talk about the time he spent in prison.
Let us remind you, the American comedian was convicted because he drugged and raped Andrea Constand in his house 17 years ago. After that, accusations of almost 60 more women followed, but these cases did not get their outcome in court because they were declared obsolete.
