Billie Eilish hugged a turkey and gave support to vegans!
The singer shared an old photo of herself hugging a turkey, and wrote her opinion about the Thanksgiving lunch: 'Turkeys are the most gentle creatures'
Singer Billie Eilish (19) shared on her Instagram story a strong vegan message in which she wants to tell everyone that killing turkeys for ‘Thanksgiving’ is not okay.
"Turkeys are some of the most gentle creatures, and as many as 46 million are killed every Thanksgiving," Eilish wrote, adding that it was nevertheless clear to her that this was a tradition:
"I know it's hard to change tradition, but keep that in mind," she concluded.
She once stated that she did not want to impose her opinion on anyone and that she had a lot of friends who ate meat, but that she could not keep silent.
Billie, in collaboration with the Nike brand, designed a 100% vegan line of ‘Air Jordan’ sneakers that came to market in September and are made from 20% recycled material.
Eilish is known for loudly expressing her opinion, and recently attracted attention on social media by posting about her first perfume called ‘Eilish’ which is available from this month.
The announcement was 'liked' by more than seven million people, and the perfume completely delighted the fans.
