Britney spotted driving after she was released from custody - she received a call that made her cry

Britney Spears was seen driving alone near her house in California, and the paparazzi managed to record her emotional reaction to the good news she received.

After the word got out that her father, Jamie Spears, had agreed to resign voluntarily and cease to be her legal guardian, the pop star reportedly accepted the call while she was driving.

Britney seemed to be crying while receiving calls. She allegedly drove in a circle around her neighborhood for several hours, before returning home.

Let us remind you, Britney Spears is a free woman again since her father Jamie decided that he will no longer be her legal guardian.

It was learned that Jamie's lawyer submitted legal documents in which he says:

- In fact, there is no basis for suspending or removing Mr. Spears as guardian of the estate and it is highly debatable whether a change of guardian at this time would be in Ms. Spears' best interests.

- However, although Mr. Spears is a constant target of unjustified attacks, he does not believe that a public battle with his daughter over his permanent role as guardian would be in her best interest.
