Chris Evans Shared Rare Selfie

Chris Evans seldom publishes images of himself on social media, so it's understandable that when he does, it creates quite a stir among his admirers, as his latest Instagram post did.

The actor resorted to social media to share a rare photo of himself simply sitting on his sofa, wearing some facial hair and a disheveled yet fluffy hairstyle.

He remarked on his hair, stating, "Fluffy hair [check] #ghosted," a reference to the project he is now working on named Ghosted, and fans soon reacted in the comments section.

Within the first two hours of uploading, the photo received over a million likes, and many people instantly began praising the star's beauty.

"#fluffyhairdontcare," one said, while another added, "The new hairstyle matches you well Mr. Evans," while a third added, "I MEANNNN."

Many fans were just ecstatic to discover that he had shared a photo of himself after a long time, as one fan put it: "STOP HE POSTED HIMSELF," while another said: "Chris, I need 3-5 business days to recover from this selfie,"

After only joining Instagram in 2020, the Marvel star likes to keep his own image off social media because, as he told Jimmy Kimmel, "I think I succumbed."

"I feel like an old guy; I feel like I'm late to the party. You know what it is, don't you? I had far too many nice photos of my dog. These are squandered on my phone. I'll have to store these somewhere."

Chris is far more active on Twitter, where he not only discusses projects he is working on but also takes the initiative to be more politically involved and raise awareness among his followers.

His Instagram, on the other hand, has become a popular site among his millions of followers, thanks in part to the appearance of his dog Dodger.

The actor recently revealed how he met Dodger, stating: "I was in Savannah doing a movie, and one of the scenes took place at a shelter. I had no plans to rescue a dog that day, but the moment I saw him, I knew he was coming home with me."
