Elton John What happened after the concert?

After his performance, Elton John wanted to thank the audience on social media. The fact that he thanked the wrong city, made quite a surge of comments. Some are even worried about Etons health.

The fact is that he performed in Kansas City. However, he thanked the city of Arkansas. More than 200 miles apart, the cities are not easily mixed up, even though they do have some letters in common.

Elton John, now 74 years old, performed at the T-Mobile Center. The next morning after performing in Kansas City in the US state of Missouri, on Wednesday, the musician shared photos on Twitter. He included a message in which he thanked everyone for a wonderful evening.

Maybe Elton uses auto(in)correct, and that is why he wrote the name of the wrong city. Maybe it was something else, we can only guess.

The star thanked everyone for coming, but instead of getting closer to his fans, he made some of them angry, while others were worried for him. We don’t even know does Elton manage his account by himself, or can this mistake be attributed to someone else? How did the mixup come to be? The cities, 220 miles apart, one, Arkansas is in Kansas County, even it might not sound logical to someone who is not from the USA, while Kansas City is in the state of Missouri.

There is still no official statement or any comment about the mistake from Elton Johns representatives.

We can only speculate, that the night was maybe so good, Elton forgot where he performed? Maybe his next album will be called- You’re still in Kansas, Dorothy. Who knows? Anything is possible with stars like Elton John.

The singers net worth is about a half-billion dollars. He is famous for a long, long time, and we can forgive him for a mix-up or two. He did give us some of the most legendary songs. Elton has had 57 top 40 hits in the United States, nine of which were ranked #1. Elton John has recorded a staggering 464 songs in total. He had over 3000 concerts in over 75 countries around the world since 1970. So, we can cut him a bit of slack, and not only because he is performing for the better part of the second half of the last century of the previous millennia. We all must agree that 52 years on the stage, and at the top of all the worlds music charts is a very long time. Simply, we also must thank Elton for getting back on stage at this age. He cancelled his last worldwide tour,e Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which started in 2018. because of COVID-19. However, he got back on stage on Jan. 19, 2022, in a show at New Orleans' Smoothie King Center that was simply unforgettable. We believe the rest of the tour will not be forgotten either. So, let's not remember him as the guy who thanked the wrong city after a show, lets's truly appreciate his long and amazing carrier!
