George and Amal Clooney are expecting another baby!

Hollywood star George Clooney (60) and human rights lawyer Amal (43) welcomed twins Ella and Alexander four years ago, and now their third child is reportedly coming.

Insiders say the happy couple has already told their close friends, having hosted an intimate dinner near their Italian villa on July 4 to share the good news. Apparently, it was at the time of a posh dinner at a favorite restaurant ‘Il Gatto Nero’.

"George was impatient and could hardly wait to tell everyone," the source added, claiming that George was very proud, while Amal shone.

An anonymous source continued, "It's something George and Amal really wanted, but there was no guarantee at her age. It's so exciting. George openly said he wanted more kids, so getting two at once would be ideal!"

Little Ella and Alexander are very excited to become big siblings to a new family member. George and Amal, who were married in 2014, are believed to have told the twins the news on their birthday (June 6), and that Ella has been “praying” for a younger sister for some time.

The news of the baby comes as the couple is trapped in their villa in northern Italy after the area was hit by floods.

They hid in their home on Lake Como after three days of heavy rains caused flooding, and mud and debris accumulated on the balcony of the first floor of an 18th-century villa worth £ 9.95 million.

George was helping clean up the area and is pictured posing with Mayor of Laglia, Robert Pozzi in front of a pile of dried mud.

He told the Italian press: "It's much worse than I thought. The situation in Cernobbio is serious. I talked to the mayor, there will be a lot of work, it will take millions of dollars, but this city is strong. It will react and be better than before. This is a very resilient city. "

More than 60 people had to be rescued on Tuesday after extreme weather caused devastation in the towns around Lake Como.
