As a caring mother of four, Heidi prepares lunch and dinner at home almost every day, and when she goes out for a meal, she carefully chooses what to eat.

It is important for her to have three large meals a day, which include an early breakfast at 6 o'clock in the morning when she usually eats sunny side up eggs, a boiled egg, and some combination of vegetables. It is indispensable and a smoothie made of various seasonal fruits.
