Irina, among other things, said that she cannot sleep peacefully, work and function while things like this happen. She can not stop thinking about innocent people and their struggles. She is thinking about children, their trauma and pain, fears and tears.
Apart from Irina, Russian models Viktoria Odintcova and Elena Perminova also called for an end to the war on social networks, posting black photos on their profiles. Numerous world stars such as Stephen King, Cher, Angelina Jolie, and many others also expressed their opinion.
Oscar winner Angelina Jolie commented on the situation in Ukraine on her Instagram.
'Like many of you, I pray for the people of Ukraine. My focus, as well as the focus of my colleagues, is to do everything possible to ensure the protection and basic human rights of displaced persons and refugees in the region, ' Jolie wrote.
'We have already seen reports of victims and people starting to flee their homes seeking safety. It is too early to know what will happen, but the significance of this moment - for the people of Ukraine and for the international rule of law - cannot be overestimated, ' the famous actress added. Angelina is known as a great humanitarian and fighter for women's rights, and many international stars reacted to her war in Ukraine. Oscar-winner Javier Bardem joined the protests against the Russian invasion of Ukraine in front of the Russian Embassy in Madrid.
