Lady Gaga led People's best-dressed list even though she failed to appear on the red carpet
Lady Gaga was dubbed "the icon" on the best-dressed celebrities list of the People magazine on Wednesday. The list includes "Euphoria" star Zendaya and Oscar-winning actress Viola Davis.
Lady Gaga was dubbed The Icon in the People magazine issue dedicated to the best-dressed celebrities of the year, despite never stepping on the red carpet.
Instead, the magazine praised her street look, which ranged from a “sculptural cotton dress to a black dress with a lace corset”.

Zendaya, Leslie Odom Jr., Anya Taylor-Joy, Mindy Kaling, Cynthia Erivo, Regina Hall, and musician H.E.R were also included in the Top 10 list this year for replacing comfortable sportswear with chic clothes.

“No one offered as great an element as Zendaya this year,” the magazine wrote of the 25-year-old actress, referring to her cut-out dress on the red carpets.
The issue dedicated to the best-dressed stars hits the newsstand on Friday.
