Nicole Kidman has some regrets: "I wish I had more children, but... "

Actress Nicole Kidman has always dreamed of a big family. The 54-year-old actress is the star of the cover of the new issue of Marie Claire Australia magazine, for which she opened up about her career and the desire to have more children.
“I wish I had more kids, but I wasn’t given that choice,” Kidman said.
With husband Keith Urban, Kidman has daughters Sunday Rose (13) and Faith Margaret (10), while with Tom Cruise she has Isabella (28) and son Connor (26).
"I would love to have 10 children. But I got a chance to be a mother to other children. I have six nieces and nephews and I am the godmother of 12 children. I love motherhood, I love children: they are weird, funny, and unfiltered. You can see them grow and send them on their way ", she explained. While married to Cruise from 1990 to 2001, Kidman experienced an ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage in her twenties and was told there was little chance she would be able to conceive.
"It was a huge, painful longing. And a loss! Miscarriage is not talked about enough. It is huge grief for certain women. On the one hand, there is a huge amount of pain and on the other, a huge amount of joy. When you have a baby after that, you can only breathe a sigh of relief ", she stated in 2018 for Tatler.
Kidman moved into the family home with her sister Antonia and their children while filming the new series Nine Perfect Strangers.
"I just love kids. More than adults. I love being surrounded by kids. Keith had to go to Nashville because of the release of a new album so now I live surrounded by five kids. My sister decided to help me while I was shooting," she added.
