Ricky Martin sued for $3 million

Ricky Martin’s former manager has decided to sue the singer! Namely, as she claims, he "completely and maliciously" decided not to pay her the three million dollars she thinks she deserved. In legal documents, Rebecca Drucker states that she represented the singer in the period 2014-2018 and that he hired her again after a two-year break, more precisely in May 2020, when his life, as she stated, "was privately and professionally turbulent."

Rebecca claims that she put his life and career in order, settled his contracts related to recording songs, tours, and arranged sponsorships, and helped him earn millions of dollars on a recent North American tour with his colleague Enrique Iglesias. She adds that she protected him in 2020 when he was threatened with a career break by hiring top lawyers who solved the matter, and Ricky came out of the whole story unscathed.

Drucker states that Martin did not give her a commission in the amount of three million dollars at the beginning of his career. She stated that he manipulated her and lied to her, which eventually forced her to give up cooperation in April this year. The singer allegedly threatened her and forced her to sign a secret agreement, which she refused. She is now suing the singer for three million dollars, plus court damages. The singer did not comment on this case.

Ricky Martin is for many a synonym for a sexy man, so it is no wonder that women around the world have gone crazy for him. He disappointed them when he publicly revealed that he was gay, but the craze for him continues.

Iglesias and Martin are both superstars, each in their own way, they both won Grammy Awards and literally ruled the top lists throughout their careers. Also, both were on Billboard's list of most popular songs. Iglesias with the song "Bailamos", which was number 1 in September 1999, while Martin was at the top of the list in May of the same year with his timeless hit, "Livin La Vida Loca".
