She felt a breath of freedom in Hawaii: Britney and Sam frolic in the pool for hours!

After Britney Spears testified for the first time against father Jamie Spears on Wednesday and revealed the bitter truth about how she lives, demanding the abolition of 13-year conservatorship, which leaves her unable to decide on anything or manage $ 60 million in wealth - she went on vacation to Hawaii to feel a breath of freedom.

The 39-year-old pop princess and her boyfriend Sam Asghari flew after the hearing first to Britney’s favorite vacation spot, Maui Island. To make their time on the plane fly by, the couple, who have been together since 2016, had fun shooting funny videos with different filters that were posted on the Instagram profile of 27-year-old Asghari.

"Britney looked very happy and excited to be back in Hawaii. She was wiggly and constantly smiling when she landed on the island," an unnamed source from Maui told EOnline. As soon as they arrived at the resort, they went straight to the pool. According to guests, they drank fruit juices and "looked relaxed and happy", resting on deck chairs by the pool. Britney took a nap at one point.

"I heard from the conversation, how they were thinking about going down to the beach, but it was a big crowd so they stayed at the pool. Britney finally looked happy there in a pink bikini in the pool in the sun," the guest of the resort said.

Britney and Sam, after a one-day vacation on Maui, continued their journey on Friday, heading to another, as of yet unknown location.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears apologized to fans on Thursday for "pretending to be okay."

"I did it out of pride, and I was embarrassed to share what was happening to me. But honestly, who doesn't want to have a fun Instagram?" wrote Britney among other things, addressing an army of 30 million fans who persist in the Free Britney movement.

Lawyer Tamar Arminak, who worked on the custody case of actress Amanda Bynes and who is familiar with the details of Britney's conservatorship, says she is not sure how the singer will be able to get rid of it completely, but that she certainly did a lot to remove her father from the position of the guardian.

"I think Britney has to show the court that she's capable of taking care of herself and her basic needs. She has to show up for meetings, and if she doesn't want to work, she doesn't have to work, but she can work for charity," Arminak explained who says that Britney's father must find a very good explanation if he wants to remain a guardian.

"He has to appear in court and explain his reasons... We are no longer in 2008. He stepped in then and he was the only one to do so when she was in a difficult situation. Everyone knows that. He did his job, but for now, him continuing to be her guardian does her more harm than good and he must explain why it should stay, ”Arminak believes.
