The Cannes Film Festival began!
Marion Cotillard, Jessica Chastain and Bella Hadid bring glamor back to the Cote d'Azur.
This week we can't complain about the lack of glamorous events - with Wimbledon and couture week in Paris, the Cannes Film Festival opened yesterday with the premiere of 'Annette'.
After last year’s pandemic break, event-hungry audiences applauded the musical drama ‘Annette’ starring Adam Driver, who plays comedian Henry, and Marion Cotillard, who plays his wife, opera singer Ann.
In addition to the actors from the film, numerous colleagues and models and other people from public life appeared on the red carpet, so there was no lack of glamor and high fashion.
Marion Cotillard shone in a silver Chanel dress, Helen Mirren shone in a yellow D&G creation, Jessica Chastain wore Dior, and Jodie Foster wore Givenchy dress adorned with crystals, singers Soko and Lou Doillon wore Gucci, Maggie Gyllenhaal Celine, and Carla Bruni wore Celine too. Andie MacDowell appeared at the premiere in Prada, actress Melanie Laurent in Armani Prive, and Candice Swanepoel in Etro overalls. And Bella Hadid attracted a lot of attention, showing off her talent for posing in a vintage Paul Gaultier dress.
