“This Has Gotta Stop”: Eric Clapton released a song against covid measures!

Eric Clapton has released a new song, called This Has Gotta Stop, in which the guitar legend seems to express his frustrations with the authorities ’response to the coronavirus pandemic.
In recent months, the famous rocker has publicly opposed the restrictive measures introduced due to the coronavirus and vaccination. In December last year, he recorded the song Stand and Deliver with Van Morrison, one of many songs that this famous Northern Irish singer-songwriter wrote against lockdown.
Clapton’s new song This Has Gotta Stop is accompanied by an animated video, which has been viewed more than 650,000 times since Friday and shows people hypnotized by the media and protesters with captions like Freedom.
"This has gotta stop. I can't take this nonsense anymore. It's overdone," the 76-year-old musician sings in the chorus of the new song.
Clapton has previously criticized covid-19 vaccines, following his experience of vaccinating AstraZeneca, which he said resulted in “catastrophic” consequences for his health.
