'To be honest, I'm completely natural. I wear sunscreen and I don't smoke. I take care of myself. I can proudly say that' she told during one interview in 2007. Four years later, she admitted that she went for Botox.

'I’ve tried a lot of things, but other than sports and a healthy diet, most of it doesn’t make a significant difference,' she said in an interview with the German magazine.

'I also tried Botox, but I didn’t like the way my face looked after it. I don’t use it now and I can finally move my forehead, ' she revealed on that occasion.

Nicole is currently filming Amazon’s drama Expats, based on Janice YK Lee’s novel about the extravagant lives of wealthy ex-pats. The filming in Hong Kong began last August when strong measures against the spread of coronavirus were in force in that country. Authorities then announced that Kidman was allowed to avoid quarantine so she could start filming. However, she had to get vaccinated, not leave her accommodation, get tested regularly and report to the authorities about her business contacts.

Recall, Nicole Kidman has always attracted attention, she never hid to take care of her appearance and take care of her diet, and she has shared with us a diet that she is very satisfied with, and the effect is obviously good.

'I am not strict at all when it comes to nutrition. I eat everything, but in moderation. I try to keep 80 percent of the food I eat healthy… sometimes it drops to 70 percent. But, I think the most important thing is to find what suits you, and I am really full of energy' the actress said on one occasion.
