The marriage with Melania for Donald was the third in a row, after the failed ones with Ivana and Marla Maples.
Slovenian model Melania Knauss did not want to fulfill Donald's wish for televisions around the world to broadcast their wedding, so he gave up that intention. He proposed to her with a twelve-carat emerald ring, and they stood in front of the altar in Palm Beach, Florida.
Melania pointed out that she organized the whole ceremony herself. She was wearing a Dior wedding dress made of as much as 91 meters of silk, weighing 25 kilograms. It cost her almost 150 thousand dollars, and it ended up on the cover of Vogue!
It is interesting that Melania did not have a classic bouquet, but a family heritage in the form of a series of white roses.
