Actress Brie Larson is back in action with another big movie franchise. An Oscar winner will star in the upcoming 10th sequel to ‘Fast and Furious’.She shared the news on her Instagram profile by posting a selfie in which she poses with film star and producer Vin Diesel.'Excited, I can’t even explain how I feel about joining the Fast family,' Larson wrote in the description. 'Thank you for receiving me with so much kindness and excitement, Vin Diesel. I can't wait to share more (when I can).' she added.
Diesel previously posted the news of the casting, sharing the same photo on his own Instagram profile. 'Yes, yes, yes ... you see this angel over my shoulder smashing me, you say to yourself 'This is Captain Marvel,'' he began his description.
Meanwhile, Larson has worked hard on ‘Marvels’, the sequel from her 2019 solo MCU debut in ‘Captain Marvel’. It is a 2019 American superhero film based on Marvel Comics and the actress will reprise her role as Carol Danvers in the sequel to the superhero film ‘The Marvels’. At first, she was skeptical about taking on such a prominent role but later she accepted the role after looking at it as a platform for empowering young women and finding a connection to character flaws and humanity. Larson had to go through pretty hard training for the role. After an incredible nine months of training, the Marvel captain was ready to attack. Her workout consisted of a 300-pound weight.
Recall, Brie Larson is best known for her role as Ma in 'Room' in 2015 and as Mason Weaver in 'Kong: Skull Island' in 2017. She also appeared in 'Spectacular Present' and as Grace in 'Short Term 12'.
She has received numerous awards for her top acting talent. Among others, she won an Oscar, the British Film Award, the Golden Globe, the Guild of Film Actors Award and many others. Furthermore, she was nominated for 126 awards, of which she won 62 awards in her career. Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2019. The film ‘Fast and Furious 10’ according to Vin Diesel is set to premiere in theaters on April 7, 2023. It has long been known that the director of the last two parts will be Justin Lin.
