Brendan Fraser has quite recently scored his next significant film job. The 52-year-old actor will have his debut or comeback in a DC Comics Warner Bros. "Batgirl" movie which is yet to premiere.

While the "Mummy" star is now a piece of DC's steadily developing family with his role of Cliff "Robotman" Steele in the HBO Max series "Doom Patrol," the fans will also get a chance to watch Fraser in a new role in about a years when "Batgirl" premieres.

It is not yet disclosed who will he play exactly, however, some fans have theories that it will be the villain Firefly.

The cast also includes Jacob Scipio and Leslie Grace who got famous through a prominent show "In the Heights" who will play Barbara Gordon, ie Batgirl.

Fraser is having an incredible year with a huge number of comeback roles scheduled to premiere the following year. The "George of the Jungle" actor has avoided the spotlight lately because he was deeply depressed. In 2018, he openly shared that a previous Hollywood Foreign Press Association president sexually harassed him in 2003. 

Notwithstanding, regardless of his hardships, Fraser has a few projects underway. He will next be seen in Darren Aronofsky's movie "The Whale." After shooting that film, Fraser will begin working on Martin Scorsese's "Killers of the Flower Moon." Fans likewise as of late saw Fraser in the Steven Soderbergh flick "No Sudden Move."
