Britney Spears' Mom: 'My daughter feels fear and hatred towards her father'
Lynne claims that Jamie 'relied' on Britney's home staff, medical assistants, and insurance to inform him about everything the singer does, which she considers both 'exhausting and intimidating' ...
Lynne Spears, 66, the mother of singer Britney Spears, 39, has finally stood up for her daughter and spoken out against the custody of her ex-husband Jamie Spears, 69, over the singer, who has managed her life and finances for 13 years.
She spoke about the situation in a statement in documents she submitted to the court on Monday. They say that 'Jamie is unable to put his daughter's interests ahead of his own and Britney feels fear and hatred towards him,' writes Page Six.
Lynne notes that nothing is being done in favor of the singer and cited as one of the injustices Jamie's hiring of a doctor who attributed to Britney 'completely inappropriate drugs', which she did not want to take.
She was also supposed to go to a mental health facility, and if she did not stay in treatment, she would face punishment, Lynne claims. However, she added that she did not know what the punishment meant.
She also criticized Jamie’s control over their older daughter’s actions.
