Cate Blanchett has a favorite beauty ritual: She applies a moisturizing serum twice a day
Her morning and evening routines are based on formulas that deeply moisturize the skin, but there are also unavoidable cleansers and eye cream.
At 51 years old, the Australian actress is as well-known for her flawless, luminous complexion as she is for her Oscar-winning film roles. The morning rituals of the famous actress include cleansing and toning the skin. Cate Blanchett then applies a serum and sunscreen.
But moisturizers, serums, and formulas that deeply soften the skin are a must for her. She considers them the salvation for the face.
She also points out that she likes applying the products with massage techniques, because not only do they improve blood flow, but the skin thus absorbs key ingredients better. Cate also loves skin oils, which she believes give the skin a youthful look.

The evening routine is just as important to her as the morning one.
"Before going to bed, I always use a make-up remover, and then a light peeling that will even out my complexion and remove absolutely all impurities from my face" Cate revealed.
This is followed by hydration, cream, and serum. Then be sure to apply eye cream. From the ritual at home, she also likes masks with LED therapy, which have been a big hit lately.
