Colorful tuna and bean salad!

The combination of beans, onions, tuna, and tomatoes will saturate you in the finest possible way. Refreshing and full of flavor, this salad is ideal for a quick lunch after a hard day's work or as a healthy lunch at work. Put it in a plastic container or jar, and enjoy refreshing snacks wherever you want.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g canned tuna
  • 400 g of beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 cup of yellow beans

Preparation procedure:

  1. Cook the beans or use the one from the can.
  2. Boil eggs and cut into quarters. Slice the tomatoes. Squeeze or finely chop the garlic, then sauté it briefly and add the beans.
  3. Saute until softened, but be careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Peel an onion and cut it into rings.
  5. Drain the tuna from the can from the oil and cut it into pieces.
  6. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, salt, pepper, add olive oil, chopped capers and sprinkle with lemon juice. You can also use apple or balsamic vinegar instead of lemon, and pumpkin oil instead of olive oil.
