During an interview with People, Drew explained that she is still open to the idea of falling in love, but when it comes to saying 'I do', she said: "Never. Never, never, never. "
"I will never get married again! And I also believe people should not say the word 'never,' and I will never, with a capital N-E-V-E-R, never get married." said Drew.
Drew was married to her first husband Jeremy Thomas from 1994 until 1995, and after him with actor Tom Green in 2001. The couple got divorced just a year later in 2002. From 2012 to 2016, she was married to Will Kopelman. With him, Drew has two daughters, Olive and Frankie.
- I went through a painful divorce and I was not well. I had two children that I had to fight for, and I needed help. That is why I started addressing various people and in the end, I did a great cleansing in my life - she admitted.

She later admitted that she was very closed about her problems, but that maybe it was time to change that.

We are now at a stage where we have to look at ourselves, how to fix ourselves, our path, and solutions. Most people do it with themselves - said Drew, and revealed that she stopped drinking two and a half years ago.
