Elon Musk acquired a 9.2 % stake in Twitter

Musk was one of the most well-known Twitter users, and he was frequently in hot water on the network.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, purchased a 9.2 percent interest in Twitter, making him the social platform's largest stakeholder. This is according to statistics from the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States (SEC). TASR bases its reports on AFP and Bloomberg news.

Twitter's stock soared 26% in early trade in the United States. According to the closing price of Twitter shares on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday (April 1), Musk now controls almost 73.5 million Twitter shares worth approximately $ 2.89 billion (2.61 billion euros).

Musk has recently chastised Twitter, claiming that the company undermines democracy by failing to adhere to free speech principles. Last month, he tweeted to his more than 80 million followers, asking if Twitter supported free speech. After more than 70% of them said no, he inquired if a new platform was required and stated that he was seriously considering developing a new social media site.

The unveiling of the acquisition will be another major test for new Twitter CEO Paraga Agrawal, who took over for Jack Dorsey after he unexpectedly left in November.

Agrawal is devoted to boosting accountability, making faster choices, and making faster progress on new product development. The company has set lofty growth goals, such as raising yearly revenue to $7.5 billion and reaching 315 million daily users by the end of 2023.

Fly virtually through Tesla's new factory

Tesla's first and only factory in Europe, the one in Berlin-Brandenburg, is also the most advanced, most efficient, and environmentally sustainable factory in the world. The first cars from it a little less than two weeks ago were handed over to customers personally by Elon Musk.

The gig factory in Berlin will, once it reaches full production capacity, assemble up to half a million cars a year, and will employ up to 12,000 people. In addition, batteries will be produced there, with a total planned capacity of about 50 GWh per year, which is more than all other battery factories in Germany now produce.

From now on, you can take a closer look at all of the above, in a very attractive video that Tesla posted on social media. In it, the Skynamic drone passes through almost all parts of the factory, enters practically within the production line while it is in motion, flies through various presses and robotic arms, and even semi-finished cars, and records it all with a first-person camera - so we can all enjoy these scenes and admire the skill of the pilot.

From the parking lot of finished cars, through the entire production process, to the place where Tesla leaves the production line - all this is shown by this drone shot, for which it pays to set aside three minutes of your time.
