Fans unpleasantly surprised by ticket prices for Adele's concerts: 'A rip-off!'

A few days ago Adele announced two surprise concerts at Hyde Park in July next year. The singer posted a photo on Instagram dated July 1 and 2 and put tickets on pre-sale on her official page and the website soon collapsed due to the great interest of fans who have now started a discussion on social media over the price of concert tickets.

Prices vary depending on the position where visitors will stand, so the price of the cheapest ticket is around 90 pounds while those who want the most exclusive seats, the so-called Ultimate Bar Diamond and Ultimate Terrace tickets will pay between 435 and 580 pounds.

I adore you but I can’t afford a £ 90 ticket’, ‘This is really too much, ‘It's a rip-off!’, ‘I paid less for five days in Greece’ while some fans stood up in her defense.

If anyone can sell such expensive tickets, it’s Adele’, ‘It will surely be sold out in minutes, ‘It was not Adele who set the prices but the organizers’, fans wrote, and the discussion on Twitter doesn’t stop.

By the way, Adele held her last concert in London in 2017, and will soon release her fourth album ‘30’. She released her last album six years ago, and the new song ‘Easy on me’ became a great success right after its release. She took first place in the British singles chart and broke many records, among which she overtook Ariana Grande who in January 2019 with the song '7 rings' had 16.9 million singles, while Adele collected 24 million streams.  The singer's new album began recording three years ago, at a time when she was going through a turbulent period, and it is certainly the most anticipated album of the year.
