Four-year-old Samsung has received a new update

In recent years, Samsung has visibly enhanced its product software support. The four-year-old Samsung Galaxy S9 smartphone series, for example, has gotten a new software update.

The update is available for both the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+. It's labeled G96xUSQU9FVB2 and comes with a March security patch. It addresses over a dozen security weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the system.

The update is presently being issued in the United States for versions from United States carriers. It is expected to be expanded to other markets in the following weeks.

When an update is available, the system should alert you automatically. You may also manually verify it in Settings -> Software update -> Download and install.

Before updating, ensure sure your phone has a fully charged battery and is connected to a Wi-Fi network. You can, of course, utilize the mobile data network provided your data package is not limited.

There is also competition in the updates. The Chinese corporation Huawei has not forgotten the three-year-old Huawei P30 Lite, a middle-class smartphone that received a security upgrade this week.

Motorola released the Android 12 operating system for the Motorola Edge 20 last year. The Nokia G50 and Asus Zenfone 8 and 8 Flip premium smartphones were just added to the Android 12 platform.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 not only has standard water resistance. Its rubberized body is particularly resistant to falls, so you can easily put it as a navigation device on a mountain bike and ride it through nature. On the plus side, the manufacturer offers genuine software support.

His most recent software update includes an April security patch. It should address over 88 security flaws and vulnerabilities in Android 12 and One UI 4.1.

In Hong Kong, an update dubbed T575XXS3CVD2 is now available for the LTE model. It should be expanded to additional markets and the W-Fi model in the future.
