I WISH I ONLY MARRIED ONCE: Kim Kardashian talks about EX husband
On the occasion of the end of the reality show, Kim Kardashian in a conversation with TV presenter Andy Cohen in the show "Keeping up with the Kardashians - a special gathering" revealed the reason for her divorce from her second husband, former basketball player Chris Humphries (36).
During the conversation, Kim admitted that she felt the pressure to continue with the wedding in 2011 because they filmed it for a family show. Although she did not want to marry him, the reality star did not want to be remembered as a "runaway bride".
Kim Kardashian says she owes Kris Humphries an apology, but the former basketball player is clearly not in the mood to forgive.
The starlet admitted that many times, unsuccessfully, she tried to tell her ex-husband how sorry she was for the way she treated him in their 72-day long marriage.
- I tried. I called him for months - Kim admitted.
She said that she once ran into Kris at the Beverly Hills Hotel, while she was out with her daughter North and pregnant with her son Saint, but the meeting did not end well.
"I saw him and all his friends got up from the table and greeted me, and he literally just looked at me, as if he didn't want to talk to me," Kim said.
- I was so nervous to break up with someone. I was completely wrong. I broke up with him in the worst way and I just didn’t know how to deal with it. I learned a lot from that - Kim admitted earlier in the show.
Kim explained that faith is very important to her ex, so he stated fraud in the application for annulment of the marriage.
- If I had been more mature, I would have asked for an annulment. I wish I had only gotten married once - Kim admitted.
She also admitted that she did not save enough money that she received from the production for filming the wedding, so leaving it would cost her dearly.
Kim is currently divorcing her third husband Kanye West, 44, and her first marriage was to Damon Thomas (51).
