Kate Beckinsale Shares Emotional Tribute

Kate Beckinsale just did the kindest thing for her mother. The actress received an outpouring of support after posting an emotional homage to her mother, Judy Loe, on Instagram.
Kate celebrated her 75th birthday with a series of photos and videos of charming moments and throwbacks of the English model, including a poignant video of the two dancing together while Kate was dressed in pink button-down pajamas.
Judy's daughter with late actor Richard Beckinsale, who died in 1979, is Kate. Since 1997, she has been married to filmmaker Roy Battersby.
The Serendipity actress began her touching homage to her mother with: "Happy birthday, mama, to the most beautiful and brilliant light in my life... You're 75 years old, and you're teaching us all how it's done."
The collection of photographs and films included fantastic throwbacks to Judy's modeling days, such as one of her in a classic 1960's outfit of little shorts and knee-high white boots, with a real owl perched on her shoulder.
She also uploaded selfies of the two, which bear an eerie likeness to one another. Judy was showered with affection in the comments section of Kate's Instagram, with followers writing: "Beautiful times," "You and your mother are the finest pair in the world," and "As far as anybody can tell, incredible ladies, both of you!"
Kate described her mother's distinctive attributes, such as her "kindness, courage, devotion, grace, generosity, [expletive] wonderful manners, and coping gracefully with wind."
The actress ended her touching birthday greeting by saying: "Happy birthday, heavenly woman and loon. I adore you and respect your willingness to crouch on goats in [tight jeans] at your age "referring to a photograph of Judy reclining on the floor in skinny jeans and a t-shirt while a goat passes by.
