Reality star Kourtney Kardashian (42) and her sisters recently recorded a new reality series "Kardashians" for Hulu. In the excerpts that announce it, many unknown facts are revealed about the life of famous Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe, and among other things, Kourtney's fight with premature menopause was found.
In one of the videos that appeared on Instagram, after which they were deleted, there was Kourtney's conversation with her mother Kris Jenner.
She talked about her desire to have a child with her fiancé Travis Barker, as well as about the fact that hormone therapy caused - as she claims - early menopause due to planned in vitro fertilization.
Recalling the process she went through, she pointed out that "it was not the best experience", since she naturally had three children: Mason Dash (12), Penelope Scotland (9), and Reign Aston (7), with her former partner Scott Disick. Kourtney admitted that she was hit by comments on social networks at the expense of her weight because she gained a lot of weight due to hormonal imbalance.
“I think it's rude to comment on it when you don't know what someone is going through. The medication I was getting introduced me to menopause” Kourtney told her mother.
The reality star did not reveal what kind of therapy it is, nor did she explain whether she is really menopausal or has experienced symptoms similar to her.
Menopause is a normal process that usually begins between the ages of 45 and 55, and is preceded by perimenopause, which lasts for several years before the last menstrual bleeding occurs. That is when numerous changes occur in a woman's body, and in the first place, they refer to the work of hormones.
Recall, although many have described them as a "combination of the incompatible", it seems that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have managed to prove that opposites attract, in less than a year of a relationship. They got engaged in October last year, in California, and emotional photos flooded social networks.
