Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are back on the red carpet

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle are back on the red carpet, posing proudly ahead of a Veterans Day gala dinner at the Intrepid Museum in New York City.

How much Meghan could hardly wait to return among the stars is proven by her clothing combination, and she left nothing to chance. She was wearing a long red dress with a deep neckline and with a smile from ear to ear she posed cheerfully for the photographers and made sure that they did not bypass her at any time. Her husband, on the other hand, was not particularly thrilled if the expression on his face was to be believed.

Meghan has also recently thrown herself into political activism, and information has recently leaked that she persuaded some American politicians to take actions in her favor. The Daily Mail wrote that the Duchess of Sussex called two U.S. senators from the ranks of Republicans on their private numbers to “encourage” them to vote in favor of a law that would pay for maternity leave in the United States.

Sen. Susan Collins of Maine and Senator Shelley Moore Capito were surprised by Meghan's call, and both said Markle contacted them and even used her royal status to better lobby for her ultimate goal. They claim that Prince Harry's wife is not giving up on her intention to go as deep as possible into US political life.

A few days ago, information also emerged that Meghan had sent a letter to the top Democrats to explain the problem she was dealing with in more detail.

The British media have announced that Meghan wants to establish her name on the political scene with all her might, as did her heroines Angelina Jolie and Amal Clooney.
