Prince Harry and Meghan Markle want to baptize Lilibet in front of the Queen in Windsor!

These intentions of the couple Harry reportedly set out during his stay in the UK earlier this month, when he arrived to unveil a statue of his late mother, Princess Diana, with his brother.

'Harry told several people that Lily, just like her brother, is to be baptized in Windsor,' a royal source told Eden Confidential, adding that they were looking forward to the moment when circumstances would allow it.

This would be Meghan Markle’s first visit to the UK since they left the royal duties last year.

Interestingly, not even six weeks after her birth, according to the official royal website, Lili still did not get the eighth place in the line for the inheritance that belongs to her.

It is understood that the list will be updated only after the baptism when Lili will push the Queen’s second son Andrew to ninth place.

Her brother Archie was baptized by the Archbishop in 2019 in strict secrecy at St George’s Chapel in Windsor, and among the 25 invited guests who arrived discreetly through the back entrance that day, there was no queen.

Although it is a tradition to announce comas of royal babies in advance, no later than the morning of the day of baptism, Harry and Meghan refused to do so and did not confirm any names.

Because of insisting on a private ceremony for 25 people and not revealing the identities of Archie’s godparents, Harry and Meghan faced numerous reactions at the time.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge allowed the media to follow every baptism of their children, and after the baptism, they also published family photos.

How much the royal family is ‘delighted’ with the wishes and hopes of the Duke of Sussex around the baptism of Lilibet Diana is not yet known.
