Redmi: From now on, two Redmi Note series per year!

Although the Redmi Note 10 series was presented in the first half of the year, Redmi will present the successor of this series in China tomorrow - the Redmi Note 11 series. Although Xiaomi is known as a company that announces a new phone almost every day, the introduction of the second Redmi Note series in one year is still a surprise. Moreover, it seems that this will become commonplace in the years ahead.

Redmi: From now on, two Redmi Note series per year!

The Redmi Note 10 series has been presented on three occasions so far. It was first introduced for the Indian, then for the global, and then for the Chinese market. There are about 10 models so far, and of course, some of them are the same models with different names, while some are rebranded under the Poco brand. Although the Redmi Note 11 series was expected to arrive in the spring of next year, Redmi decided to present this series this year, and it will be presented in China tomorrow.

Redmi CEO Lu Weibing is now unveiling a strategy to introduce the Redmi Note series. Namely, he states that, just like this year, Redmi will present two Redmi Note series in the future. He states that with one Redmi Note series per year they cannot meet the requirements of each user and that is why they have to present two Redmi Note series per year.

He further states that the Redmi Note 11 series, which will debut tomorrow, will actually be the successor to last year's Redmi Note 9 series, while the Redmi Note 12 series will be the successor to the Redmi Note 10 series.

He states that the Redmi Note 10 series focuses exclusively on the performance of the phone, while the Redmi Note 11 series will focus exclusively on the user experience, such as a better screen, charging speed, etc., but will lose on performance.

In essence, we come to the conclusion that in the future, the even-numbered generation Redmi Note series will give priority to performance, while the odd-numbered generations will give priority to the experience of use.

What do you think of this Redmi strategy?
