Samsung presents new phones in the next 3 weeks
On January 18 and February 1, Samsung will hold the premieres of the new Galaxy A and Galaxy S devices.
Samsung smartphones for 2023 appear to be the worst-kept secret in the industry.
After seeing what their new phones will look like months ago, the dates of two debuts are already known, one of which was incorrectly publicized by the South Korean conglomerate.
Specifically, Samsung inadvertently published a pre-registration part on the Colombian version of its website, where visitors could see the date of the Unpacked event, where the Galaxy S23 handsets will be unveiled - February 1, 2023.
However, before the world gets to watch the introduction of Samsung's top gadgets, smartphone fans will get to see two mid-range devices - the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34.
The firm has announced the launch of the new Galaxy A devices on the Indian edition of the website, which will take place on January 18.
The new lower variants will look extremely similar to the Galaxy S23 smartphones, as we have already seen, but the Galaxy A34 5G model is not expected to make any significant modifications in features.
The Super AMOLED screen will be somewhat larger (6.5 inches rather than 6.4 inches), will refresh at 90 Hz, and will have a Full HD+ resolution.
According to rumors, it will be powered by the Exynos 1280 chipset and will be available with 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal storage.
The primary camera will have a 48 MP optically stabilized sensor, with secondary cameras of 8 MP ultra-wide and 5 MP macro. A 13 MP front camera will be responsible for selfies.
The diagonal of the Super AMOLED screen on the Galaxy A54 5G phone is expected to be 6.4 inches, with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 HZ, and the camera system will include an optically stabilized 50 MP primary sensor, ultra-wide angle 12 MP camera, 5 MP macro sensor, and 32 MP selfie camera.
The battery is expected to have a capacity of 5,100 mAh and will be powered by an Exynos 1380 chipset with 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal storage.
Both mid-range models will have an under-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, IP67 water and dust resistance, 5G, GPS, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C, and 25W fast charging.
