Sony WH-1000XM5 - Design Change
As one of Sony's most recognizable families, the WH-1000XM has always been a favorite with audiophiles and the vast majority of consumers, being one of the most intriguing wireless headphones on the market.
As a result of retaining its core while taking on a new duty, it appears that the new WH-1000XM5 will arrive with a pretty noticeable aesthetic design modification.
Although the company has not yet officially announced these headphones, it was confirmed a few months ago that the company was preparing successors for the WH-1000XM4, with the leak of several commercial images of these next-generation headphones shared by the TechnikNews website bringing this to light.
The most noticeable difference between the WH-1000XM4 and the WH-1000XM5 is that these seconds are given in an entirely redesigned form, with a somewhat more sober and beautiful look, better-integrated pads, and a headband.
Something more lighthearted A point of development that never ceases to amaze, given that the previous generation was already known for its excellent comfort, which might be improved even more for extended periods of usage.
On the other hand, it emphasizes that, in addition to being substantially thinner, the headband appears to have a more independent connection system for the speakers, eliminating the previous folding mechanism that was more optimized by a 90-degree rotation.
Finally, the most recent physical alteration appears to be the elimination of the "Custom" button, which will be replaced on the new headphones for simple access to switch between ANC and Ambient modes.
However, as expected, TechnikNews expects the WH-1000XM5 to include some internal enhancements, like as fully new drivers. Although, for the time being, the possible characteristics of these headphones are unknown.
As a result, for the time being, we can only conjecture about its likely arrival price. And, given that the current model costs 380 dollars without any special deals or discounts, it is not surprising that the new headphones would cost 400 dollars.
