The most anticipated movies of 2023!

It's time for the first list of what awaits us in the new year. So we'll start with our list of the most anticipated movies of 2023. And we have to say that the list looks more than decent, it's not that we have nothing to look forward to, it's just a question of how good those titles will turn out.

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, February 17
Director: Peyton Reed
Starring: Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jonathan Majors, Bill Murray

Paul Rudd and crew return for the third round of this beloved franchise, which brings relatively new and brand new interesting acting names, such as Jonathan Majors as the supervillain Kang the Conqueror and Bill Murray, who we know will portray a very important figure from the past, Janet van Dyne.

65, March 10
Director: Scott Beck, Bryan Woods
Starring: Adam Driver, Ariana Greenblatt, Chloe Coleman

Sci-fi thriller starring Adam Driver as Mills - an astronaut who discovers he's stranded on Earth — 65 million years in the past. With only one chance to survive Mills and Koa, must make their way through an unknown terrain infested with dangerous prehistoric creatures in an epic battle for survival.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, March 31
Director: John Francis Daley, Jonathan Goldstein
Starring: Chris Pine, Hugh Grant, Regé-Jean Page, Michelle Rodriguez, Sophia Lillis

A charming thief and a group of offbeat adventurers undertake an epic heist to recover a lost relic, but things go seriously wrong when they run into the wrong people. "Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves" brings the rich world and playful spirit of the legendary RPG to the big screen in a hilarious, action-packed adventure.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie, April 07
Director: Aaron Horvath, Michael Jelenic
Starring: Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy, Jack Black, Charlie Day, Seth Rogen, Fred Armisen, Keegan-Michael Key

This adaptation of the iconic Nintendo character and his crew for the big screen is produced by Chris Meledandri (Despicable Me) and the creator of Mario himself, Shigeru Miyamoto. We certainly hope the film will be "smart" enough for us adults who grew up with Mario and Luigi.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, 05 May
Director: James Gunn
Starring: Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klmentieff, Will Poulter, Elizabeth Debicki

There are a lot of Marvel movies these days. Peter Quill, still recovering from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the universe and protect one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could very well lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, June 2
Directors: Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers and Justin K. Thompson
Voices for the main characters: Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Oscar Isaac, Issa Rae

Miles' story and the Spider-Verse web expands. Miles Morales returns in the next chapter of the Oscar-winning Spider-Verse saga. This epic adventure will transport the friendly Spider-Man from Brooklyn through the multiverse, to join forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-Man to face a villain more powerful than anything they have encountered so far.
