The saga continues: Brad Pitt fires back at Angelina Jolie in a torturous custody battle

Weeks after it was confirmed to US Weekly that Angelina Jolie had succeeded in her plan to remove the judge from their case in a custody battle, Brad Pitt decided to retaliate.

According to new court files, which were given to US Weekly on the first day of September, 57-year-old Pitt gave his opinion on the removal of Judge John W. Ouderkirk and asked the California Court of Appeals to reconsider that decision.

As it's already known, Angelina Jolie requested the exemption of Ouderkirk because of his previous connection with Brad Pitt, believing that it would be the reason for him to be biased and take Brad's side.

Brad Pitt, on the other hand, is now filing an objection with his legal team, noting how objective the judge was and how he had made it clear that he knew them privately. That is why Pitt believes that the decision to remove Ouderkirk only deepened the conflict, and since the actor was granted temporary custody in May, he is convinced that the verdict could now be overturned.

"After more than four years of contentious litigation, every day of which has harmed the children and their father, an important and considered custody decision will be entirely undone as a result of an administrative error that is wholly unrelated to the merits of the custody dispute itself,” Pitt’s petition claims.
