Vera Wang's secrets for eternal youth!

The famous designer proves with her style and attitude that age is just a number.

The famous wedding dress designer whose creations are adored by the stars, Vera Wang, is approaching her 73rd birthday, and with her fashion expression and perspective, she defies all stereotypes about what the seventies should look like.

In a recent interview with the BBC, she admitted that she was surprised by the positive comments on her photos on social networks in which she poses in a sports top, but that she is glad to hear compliments. But she points out that she never made a special effort to preserve her youth, although she listed three 'secrets' as key to feeling and looking young for as long as possible:

Good sleep

"One of the things I really appreciate is a good sleep," said Vera Wang, confirming what we have known for a long time - sleep is necessary for the renewal of the body and a youthful appearance.

Vodka cocktail

Unlike many other stars who swear by the importance of hydration and large amounts of water, Vera Wang has a different formula: "A vodka cocktail at the end of the day helps me switch from an intense business mood to a private, relaxed one."

The job

Business is a magical elixir because it occupies your mind, and when your thoughts are preoccupied, everything else follows.

Vera Wang admits that she encounters ageism, and not just in adulthood: “Ageism exists at every age. I see in the children, in my godson - 'Why can't I wear it? Why can't I go with you?’ I also see that in my daughters, who say that they are too young to be CEO, that they do not have enough experience. Ageism follows us all our lives. And then as you get older, you need to find your purpose, hope, happiness, and desire to spend the rest of your life. Age is just a number. We should strive to grow and develop every day. And that's why I consider ageism so outdated."
