The television series Viola Come Il Mare | Violet like the sea is a screen adaptation of the detective novel 'Conosci l'estate?' written by Simone Tanzini. The main roles in this Italian series will be played by Can Yaman and Francesca Chillemi, a beautiful lady who had the title of Miss Italy a few years ago. The premiere date of this new series, which is attracting more and more attention, has been revealed.

It is a detective series that contains some elements of comedy. If there are no unforeseen circumstances and changes, the series will have its premiere on September 14 on Canale 5. The plot of this new series follows Viola Vitale, a television journalist who suffers from a neurological disorder called synesthesia and perceives the reality around her in a slightly different way. Synesthesia is actually a neurological phenomenon in which the senses are united and intertwined. It can occur between any two senses/sensory modes.
After a 20-year-old girl from Palermo loses her life, Viola, who returns from Paris to the Italian city, will discover that she has a special talent for investigation. With that, she goes in search of the father she never met. Very soon, her life path will cross with the inspector of Turkish origin, Francesco Demir, played by Can Yaman. He is a highly intelligent, charismatic, and attractive man, but with very little faith in people.
In many ways, the complete opposite of Viola. The two will start working together on the case, she as a reporter and Demir as a police officer. David Coco, Davide Dolores, Simona Cavallari, Chiara Tron, Mario Scerbo and others play the roles in this Italian series in addition to Yaman and Chillemi. The entire project is produced by Lux Vide. The script for this series was adapted by Silvia Leuzzi. The first season will consist of 12 episodes that last about 50 minutes each.
