Alienware Upgrades Laptops With Ryzen

Already in the last year, Alienware has begun selling the first updates to its gaming PCs and laptops with AMD Ryzen CPUs, a significant departure from the company's previous reliance on Intel.

An update that continues today with the release of the new Alienware M series laptops and Aurora desktop, all of which are outfitted with AMD's Ryzen 6000 series CPUs and the most recent Ryzen 7 5800X3D.

Starting with the latter, Alienware has decided to replace its desktop computer line with the most powerful AMD chipset launched to date, which not only outperforms the Ryzen 9 5900X but is also the first AMD CPU to have 3D technology. V-Cache, making the Aurora Ryzen Edition R14 the star of this new lineup.

As a result, we have a computer designed around the company's Legend 2.0 chassis, which keeps the futuristic aesthetic line with rounded edges and will give us two options: a completely opaque cover or a side with tempered glass to display your inside.

An interior that will contain several configurations ranging from the aforementioned Ryzen 7 5800X3D to Radeon RX 6900XT or GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards, 4 TB of M.2 storage, and Wi-Fi 6 motherboard.

However, as previously said, this is not the sole uniqueness of the Dell gaming sub-brand. On the other hand, the business is updating its popular Alienware m15 and m17 laptops with configurations that use the new AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX CPUs.

A configuration that, in the case of the Alienware m15 R7, will be accompanied by alternatives up to a GeForce RTX 3090 Ti GPU in its top configuration; or a complete AMD configuration with Radeon RX 6850M XT graphics in the case of the Alienware m17 R5.

Both laptops will be equipped with DDR5 RAM and NVIDIA G-Sync compliant screens, with the only difference being a 15-inch QHD panel in the first model and the option of adding a bigger UHD panel in the second.

Taking advantage of these releases, the parent firm has also updated one of its gaming laptops, announcing the new Dell G15, which will employ a Ryzen 9 6900HX processor and a GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU but at a cheaper price. something less expensive, and an odd exterior overhaul with a gray camouflage finish

Although not all models are currently available, the company has informed us that we will soon be able to access them all via its official website.
