ASUS ROG Strix Scope Deluxe: new keyboards

ASUS introduces two new gaming keyboards in the Strix Scope lineup

ASUS has just announced two new ROG Strix keyboards. The ROG Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe and the ROG Strix Scope NX Wireless Deluxe. The first is a keyboard in TKL format, that is to say without a numeric keypad. As for the second, it is in 100% format.

ROG Strix Scope NX Wireless Deluxe

This keyboard is therefore in 100% format. It has ROG RX mechanical switches(Red, Brown, and Blue). For the connection, it is possible to use it in USB 2.0, Bluetooth, and RF 2.4 GHz. We have per-key RGB backlighting and programmable keys through Armory Crate software. It also has an anti-ghosting function and a polling rate of 1000 Hz.

In terms of dimensions, the keyboard measures 440 mm in length, 137 mm in depth, and 39 mm in height. ROG PBT keys are designed for high durability. For weight, the keyboard weighs 1.166 kg for the ABS model (cable and wrist rest included) and 1.180 for the PBT Doubleshot model (cable and wrist rest included). 

Finally, we have a 1.80-meter braided cable with USB Type-C to Type-A connector. 

ROG Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe

This second keyboard is in TKL format, which means without a numeric keypad. We have ROG RX optomechanical switches (Red, Brown, and Blue). The connection is made via USB 2.0, Bluetooth, or the 2.4 GHz RF link. Backlighting is done on a per-key basis through Armory Crate software. We have the anti-ghosting function and a polling rate of 1000 Hz.

As on the previous model, we have ABS or PBT Doubleshot keys. This keyboard measures 356 mm in length, 136 mm in depth, and 40 mm in height. In terms of weight, we are on 853.5 grams for the model with ABS keys (without cable and wrist rest) and with PBT Doubleshot keys it weighs 856.8 grams still without cable and wrist rest.

We do not know the price at which these two new keyboard models will be marketed. We will keep you posted by updating the article as soon as we have the information. 

The keyboards will be available during the month of May 2022.
