I had several dinners with him hoping that what he was talking about could come about, ‘getting a multitude of global health donations through his contacts’, Gates recounted.
Bill Gates, 65, recently and officially divorced his longtime wife Melinda Gates, 56. He spoke to the American media for the first time about the divorce, but also about hanging out with billionaire and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, which he says was 'a mistake', writes the New York Post .
The founder of Microsoft described the divorce with Melinda as a ‘sad turning point’ and a ‘source of personal grief’.
He also revealed that he will continue to work with his ex-wife on the joint Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and described her as a woman of 'incredible strength'. Melinda, on the other hand, says she will make the effort to work with Bill for at least another two years.
"I've always loved working with her," Gates told CNN.
- You know that the two of us can go out and work with the bosses and help build the organization. That would definitely be the best thing for the foundation - he added.
