After he was diagnosed with aphasia, the actor decided to withdraw from public life, and now he is seen for the first time after the news was published. His wife Emma Heming (43), with the tune of Honky Tonk Women from the Rolling Stones, posted the video. Bruce was "caught" walking in the woods during a clear spring day.
The actor seemed happy and seems to enjoy the company of his wife, who is a great support to him during this period. She also shared a series of photos from the trip which she described as "Mom and Dad in their favorite habitat."
Willis' family, including his wife Emma, ex-wife Demi Moore (59), and five daughters, posted a joint statement on Instagram last week stating that the Hollywood icon has health problems and has been diagnosed with aphasia, which affects his cognitive abilities, and that he will not be acting in the future.
Bruce has been married to Demi Moore for years but things didn’t work out the best. After the quarrels they had, they decided that it was better to part. After that, the actor changed girls for years, but he did not manage to settle down. Until he met Emma.
In an interview, he revealed that his single life was hard: "I've spent the last 10 years alone and mostly unhappy. In a dark place. I could never have imagined that living together could be so beautiful. I said to myself, ‘I’m single, but I'm not alone.’ But I was just fooling myself."
Bruce added that Emma changed his whole view of love and that everything suddenly fell into place. Their love was not at first sight. Bruce and Emma Heming, who is 23 years younger than him, were first friends, and from that friendship, great love was born.
At one point, after years of hanging out, they realized that they were created for each other, to share the same views of the world, thoughts, and interests.
“Emma was supposed to go to New York that day. Before the summer, we met and went for coffee, and that's how our romance started. The paradox is that when you think of great love, you do not connect it with someone you have known for a long time. You believe that the person destined for you is a mysterious stranger you have not met yet”, says the actor.
The actor and Emma had two daughters in 2012 and 2014, Mabel and Evelyn.
