Los Angeles Police spokeswoman Lizette Lomelli confirmed to "Us Weekly" that Brown is currently under investigation on charges of hitting a woman during an argument that took place on Friday, June 18 in the San Fernando Valley. The identity of the victim is not known to the public.
"The female victim explained that she and the suspect were arguing and that he hit her. The report for bodily injuries has been completed" - said Lomeli
"TMZ" initially reported the incident, claiming that the alleged victim told the police that Brown hit her in the back of the head so hard that part of the extension fell out of her hair.
The Grammy winner sent a message on his Instagram story:
"It's all a lie," he said.
This is not the first time Chris physically attacked a woman. He beat up his ex-girlfriend Rihanna (33) in 2009, the night before the Grammy award.
