Cooler Master: Orb X Extravagant Gaming Station
Cooler Master has introduced the "Orb X," a gaming station in which the gamer is entirely encircled by his gaming equipment.
However, the elaborate build comes at a cost: it is scheduled to sell for $15,499 USD.
The majority of the recently launched gaming equipment, which is currently available in infinite configurations, should not surprise many players. Cooler Master's latest "Gaming Chair" should be different: The Orb X is a gaming chair designed by the business around which a complete gaming system can be constructed.
When you sit in the shell-shaped gaming station's chair, you can use the remote control to lower the display section. According to Cooler Master, this can hold up to three 27-inch display "monitors.
In addition, a configuration with a 34 "Display will be displayed. There is also a discussion of a swiveling table for input devices and an integrated 2.1 sound system. The station, according to Tom's Hardware, also has extra space for a gaming PC. This, however, is not included, nor are the displays.
Cooler Master promises more features for the lavish Orb X, including a hub with four USB-A 3.1 and two USB-C 3.1 ports. There is also a discussion of the integrated chair having several adjustment possibilities.
Various ARGB LEDs are of course also incorporated - else the station would barely be acceptable for cliché gamers. Apparently, Cooler Master isn't just thinking about this: the Orb X is also featured in a corporation in the relevant presentation film.
Whether utilized for gaming or for work, the Orb X is unlikely to be suited for a private household. Because, according to Cooler Master's technical specifications, the chair weighs slightly over 340 kg and requires a footprint of 1.88 m by 1.81 m.
Furthermore, the price is not really suited for end users: According to PC Mag, the Orb X should cost $15,499 USD. You must remain patient until delivery: The gaming station cannot even be pre-ordered at this time. Instead, Cooler Master provides a mailing list that will notify you as soon as pre-orders are accepted.
