Corsair: New AF ELITE series CPU coolers
Corsair today announced the introduction of the new AF ELITE series and Corsair H100i RGB ELITE, H115i RGB ELITE liquid coolers, and H150i RGB ELITE liquid coolers, expanding on its already vast and comprehensive cooling offering. A new family for gamers, multimedia makers, and PC builders, featuring support for the latest Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 sockets.
As a result, we have a series of radiators with diameters of 240, 280, and 360 millimeters that combine appealing aesthetics with excellent simplicity of use and high-quality cooling appropriate for nearly any equipment. And is that all three systems are outfitted with the new AF ELITE PWM fans, which offer high-power airflow with minimal noise thanks to Corsair AirGuide technology and ultra-quiet fluid dynamic bearings.
Although, as previously stated, the design of these coolers will be one of their strong points, with refined and contemporary lines for the pump head, on which an integrated lighting system with up to 16 individually addressable RGB LEDs will stand out, controlled alongside the rest of the lighting via the iCUE software application.
Furthermore, these coolers are simple to install thanks to their tool-free modular mounting bracket and USB-C fan and power wiring, which are strategically situated for quick and easy connection.
The Corsair AF ELITE fans, on the other hand, will be offered as standalone products, with the same two color variations of black and white and diameters of 120 or 140 millimeters. Even without the addition of liquid cooling, these fans provide an airflow of up to 1,850 RPM for the 120 mm model and 1,600 RPM for the 140 mm, resulting in high caliber cooling capable of keeping the fan temperatures low. Even when performing the most demanding tasks, the CPU performs admirably.
However, we will also have support for Zero RPM mode, which allows AF ELITE fans to stop spinning completely at low temperatures, removing any unnecessary noise.
Although the new AF ELITE Series fans are already available for individual purchase, with prices starting at 23.90 dollars for the smaller model, we will have to wait a few more days to get our hands on the H100i RGB ELITE, H115i RGB ELITE, and H150i RGB ELITE coolers, with prices starting at 155.90 dollars for the smaller model.
