The famous fashion designer presented his spring/summer 2022 collection in a live fashion show that took place on Friday in NYC Central Park. Although the number of visitors was limited by regulations due to coronavirus, Michael Kors said that he provided an intimate atmosphere to the gathered guests.

"To be able to put on a live show to me is thrilling. I love people to be able to experience live fashion," said Kors.

The protocols for attending the show were very strict. Organizers demanded that all visitors be vaccinated with two doses, and staff and journalists had to take a test at the scene before they were allowed to enter.

Actress Kate Hudson, who is a friend of Kors, was thrilled to be at her first such event in many months.

"I’m so excited. And it’s nice and small, intimate, which I think is going to be really lovely. But I haven’t done this for a long time so it feels a little odd and wonderful all at the same time, "she added.

Models, including Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, paraded in the outdoor garden, and Broadway star Ariana DeBose performed live.
